Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Limelight Photo Booth or LimelightFX websites (“the Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Matrix Custom House Inc. DBA Limelight Photo Booth (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Description of Services
The Company provides AI-powered photo booth and headshot services through its web platforms. Users may create accounts, upload photos, purchase digital credits or subscriptions via Creem.io, and receive AI-enhanced or generated photo outputs.
Eligibility and Account Registration
Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
User Content and License
By uploading, submitting, or creating content (including photographs, likenesses, or any other media) (“User Content”), you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, process, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services. The Company does not claim ownership of your original uploaded photos. AI-generated or processed outputs created through our systems may be subject to Company copyrights or derivative use rights as applicable under law. All User Content will be deleted automatically after three (3) months from upload unless otherwise required for service continuity, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Payments and Credits
Users may purchase credits or subscriptions through Creem.io, a third-party payment processor. All transactions are governed by Creem.io’s terms and privacy policy. Credits are non-refundable and expire as stated at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. The Company does not store or have access to full payment card information.
Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to upload unlawful, obscene, or infringing content; impersonate others; interfere with the Services; reverse-engineer any software; or use bots for access. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including text, graphics, software, algorithms, and branding, are owned or licensed by the Company.
Data Retention and Deletion
Uploaded photos and associated data are retained for a maximum of three (3) months and then permanently deleted. User account data may be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “AS IS.” The Company makes no warranties regarding accuracy or reliability of AI outputs and disclaims all implied warranties.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matrix Custom House Inc. DBA Limelight Photo Booth shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. In no event shall the Company’s total liability exceed the total amount paid by the user within the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Arbitration and Governing Law
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Portland, Oregon, governed by Oregon law. Users waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
Termination
The Company may terminate access at any time for breach or misuse. Remaining credits will be forfeited.
Modifications
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We may revise this Policy or Terms at any time, and such revisions are effective immediately upon posting. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure continued agreement.

We share limited data with trusted vendors such as Google Cloud, Firebase, Gemini, and Creem.io. We do not sell user data.

Refund Policy

Overview
This Refund Policy governs refunds for digital credits and subscriptions purchased through Creem.io. All sales are final once AI processing has begun.
Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only for duplicate charges, verified technical errors, or unauthorized transactions.
Credits and Subscriptions
Credits are non-refundable once used. Subscriptions may be canceled anytime but are non-refundable for partial periods.
Creem.io Refunds
Refunds must be requested directly through Creem.io at or via your purchase receipt.
Service Errors
If you experience a service error, contact within seven (7) days of purchase with order details.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. Contact us first to resolve any issues.
